Is compulsory vaccination the most effective public health policy in your view?
Compulsory vaccines are not the MOST effective public health policy. Addressing problems like access to clean drinking water, as the US has had problems with in cases like Flint, Michigan and Oakland, CA as well as other places; addressing environmental toxicity caused by refineries such as the one in Richmond; allocating resources for nutritive, clean foods; and educating people on how to build their immune systems through nutrition, herbs, and lifestyle are great ways to address public health.
I don't know enough about vaccines to make a clear opinion on how they should be used in public health, but I do feel that there are a number of ways that the government can promote wellness for the masses that aren't necessarily vaccines.
